Sampha Announces His Upcoming ‘Lahai’ Album, Unveils ‘Only’ Track with New Video

Exciting news for music enthusiasts – Sampha is set to release his much-anticipated second album, titled Lahai, on October 20 through Young label. This album comes as a follow-up to his acclaimed 2017 release Process and will include the previously dropped single ‘Spirit 2.0’. Moreover, fans can enjoy another fresh piece, ‘Only’, which Sampha has not only co-created but also co-directed the music video for with Dexter Navy. Dedicated to Sampha’s paternal grandfather, the album Lahai is enriched with artistic collaborations featuring talents such as Yaeji, Léa Sen, Sheila Maurice-Grey from Kokoroko, Ibeyi, Morgan Simpson from black midi, Yussef Dayes, Laura Groves, El Guincho, and Kwake Bass. After taking his Satellite Business performance to London audiences in October, Sampha will commence a tour in celebration of his new record; tour dates and locations are detailed below.
